    We offer one-time, or monthly subscription, Water Quality and Drain-Clean-Refill services. ***Prices are below**.


    We welcome Greg Taylor as our Lead Spa Technician. Greg has over 20 years experience in Water Quality.


    Healthy Water is Clean Water


    Manufacturers recommend draining the water every 15 to 20 hours of use or at least once every 3 months. Chemicals and body oils build up in the small body of water and can cause skin rashes and in some cases pneumonia and other bacteria-caused disease.

    Prices below are for spas up to 8 feet and are for most situations. For larger Spas, please call for pricing.


    Spa Maintenance

    Annual Subscription Price: $60 per month / $720 per year. Maintenance service is performed two times per month.


    Non-Subscription Price: $80 per time

    What we do:

    • Balance Chemicals
    • Vacuum spa
    • Clean Cover
    • Remove oils on sides
    • Brush Spa interior
    • Net Debris

    Drain, Clean, & Refill (DCR)


    Annual Subscription Price $130 per quarter / $520 per year
    DCR service is performed every three months

    Non-Subscription Prices:
    --$150 if spa is maintained and just need regular scheduled changing of water with a little scrubbing
    --$170 if spa has not been maintained well and is dirty
    --$200 if spa has not been maintained well and is extremely dirty
